Job Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams in the development of project plans and deliverables to ensure successful project execution
• Manage resources to ensure quality execution of projects within budget and on time
• Monitor progress against established project plans, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Develop effective relationships with stakeholders and team members in order to ensure successful project outcomes
• Prepare project status reports for internal review

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry or similar field
• Excellent management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
