Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven success leading large scale projects from conception to completion
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans outlining tasks, timeline and resources required for each project
• Identifying risks associated with each project and developing mitigation strategies
• Establishing effective communication protocols among all stakeholders
• Tracking progress against established milestones, delivering regular updates to executive management
• Managing budget allocations to ensure projects stay within scope • Mentoring project teams on best practices in project management • Ensuring quality assurance standards are met throughout the duration of the project
