Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/month

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for programming, setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the most suitable machining processes
- Load materials into machines and prepare tools as necessary
- Program, set up, operate and maintain CNC machines
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as required
- Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and dial indicators
- Troubleshoot malfunctions in the machine operations and take corrective actions
- Maintain records of production data such as cycle times, scrap rates and produced quantities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g. PowerMILL)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and CAD drawings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
