CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. In this position, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and creating precision components according to client specifications. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in operating CNC machinery and understands the importance of accuracy in the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce precision components.
• Set-up, program, and operate CNC machines using appropriate tools and materials.
• Monitor the status of each job from start to finish, checking for accuracy throughout the production process.
• Perform regular maintenance on all machine tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot any problems that arise during production.
• Ensure that parts meet quality standards before passing them on for further processing or assembly.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC operator in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of machining tools, materials, and processes.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers accurately.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Salary: AED 1100 per month plus benefits (for immigrants).
