HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in an HR role.

The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and stay organized. They should also have experience leading recruitment processes, developing compensation plans, implementing employee training programs, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. You will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and develop policies that are consistent with the goals of the organization.
