We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of all HR functions, including employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and contract negotiation. They must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle conflicts and disputes between employers and employees.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the effective management of our human capital. This includes developing fair recruitment practices, managing payroll operations, leading onboarding processes for new employees, driving performance reviews to ensure standards are met, and providing advice on employment law matters.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with external stakeholders such as local governments, trade unions and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The HR Manager should also have excellent organizational skills to manage their daily workload efficiently and effectively.

We are offering a salary of 1300 per month for this position. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
