Job Vacancy: Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing company who are at the forefront of the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff management, budgeting, menu planning, customer service, and marketing. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve high levels of performance. Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.

The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to motivate staff and create a positive working environment
• An understanding of budgeting, cost control, inventory management and stock ordering
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of local food trends and emerging culinary practices
