Job Description:
• Monitoring daily operations and developments of the company
• Developing strategies for business growth and improvement
• Creating plans for efficient use of resources, personnel, time management, and budgeting
• Developing staff through coaching and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in a similar role in the UAE or abroad (for immigrants)
