Job Description:

Bank Teller – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, handling customer transactions and completing banking duties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or financial customer service role. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift
• Answer customers’ questions about their accounts and bank services
• Process new account openings
• Cross-sell bank products, such as credit cards and overdraft protection services
• Troubleshoot customer issues as they arise

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of prior banking or financial services experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to security protocols and regulations
