Job Description:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience as a Recruiter/HR professional
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to consider hiring foreigners for the position

Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit potential candidates for open positions by using job boards and social media platforms
• Screen applicants’ resumes, assess their qualifications and invite selected candidates for interviews with the hiring managers • Coordinate onboarding activities, such as employee orientation and paperwork processing • Maintain a database of potential candidates • Stay up-to-date with job market trends and innovative recruiting practices • Manage recruitment efforts within budget • Prepare various reports related to recruitment activities • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Salary: 1500 AED
