Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait and work with us to provide our customers with beautiful floral arrangements. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral bouquets for customers and special occasions. You will also assist in making sure that our flower shop is well-stocked with fresh flowers and other supplies, as well as ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered on time. The salary for this role is 1600. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Job Duties

As a Florist, your primary duties will include: designing custom floral arrangements; providing advice to customers on the selection of flowers; keeping the shop stocked with fresh cut flowers; stocking pot plants; preparing funeral wreaths; monitoring floral stock levels and ordering new supplies when needed; maintaining cleanliness of the store; preparing bouquets or other decorations according to customer orders; delivering orders promptly and efficiently; ensuring that all customer orders are met.

Qualifications & Requirements
No prior experience is required for this role, however any previous experience in flower design or floristry would be beneficial. You must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers regularly. A strong sense of creativity is essential to thrive in this role, as you will be creating beautiful floral designs daily. You must have excellent organizational skills to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly. Being able to lift heavy boxes is a plus - however not essential - as you may need to move items from one place to another within the store from time to time.
