Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative dishes and managing the kitchen operations. We are offering a competitive salary of 1500 AED. Immigrants are welcome to apply.

Duties:
-Create delicious and imaginative meals with a focus on quality
-Manage kitchen staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
-Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained in the kitchen
-Develop menus with new or improved recipes
-Develop procedures for food preparation and cooking activities
-Order food supplies and manage inventory
-Maintain records of food costs, consumption levels, stock levels etc.

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen setting
-Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure while adhering to health & safety regulations
-Good knowledge of different international cuisines and cooking styles
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team successfully
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1500 AED.
