Position: Chef
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1400 AED per month
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience as a chef.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing international cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of kitchen management systems and processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the kitchen including staff, recipes, menus, supplies and equipment.
• Create delicious meals for customers using fresh ingredients according to their preferences or dietary requirements.
• Train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, proper portion sizes and cooking methods as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients are available at all times.
• Maintain a high level of kitchen cleanliness including regular sanitation of all surfaces, floors and equipment.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations, safety standards and company guidelines.
