Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial matters of our company. They will be expected to use their knowledge and experience of accounting practices to ensure the accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information. The Accountant will serve as a key resource for ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Accountant include preparing and maintaining financial statements, tax returns, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents; analyzing accounts; conducting audits; monitoring cash flow; preparing reports; overseeing accounts payable/receivable activities; developing internal control policies and procedures; supervising accounting personnel; reconciling bank accounts; and complying with government regulations. In addition, they will be expected to analyze data to identify potential cost savings or areas where additional revenue can be generated.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in finance or accounting with at least two years of experience in the field as an accountant or similar role. They should have excellent analytical skills along with good knowledge of accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics GP. Candidates should also be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Additionally, a CPA certification is preferred but not required. Good problem solving skills are essential for this role along with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
