Office Assistant - Umm-al-Qaiwain
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a related field and must be available to work full time.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organizational support to the office. This includes maintaining records, filing documents, answering phone calls and emails, ordering supplies and other tasks as required. The Office Assistant must also be able to manage their own workload efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to predetermined deadlines.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. They must also have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
