Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. This role will involve providing administrative and clerical support to all departments. You should be able to take initiative, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with a variety of tasks and have a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of 900 AED/month.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate must possess an understanding of general office procedures, excellent communication skills (verbal & written), proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. We are also looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative.
