Job Title: Surveyor – Dubai

Salary: 1300 AED

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundary lines, elevations and other characteristics of the terrain
• Utilize aerial photographs, GPS systems, satellites and other modern surveying techniques to collect data
• Interpret survey results on maps or plans for engineering or construction projects
• Prepare drawings from survey notes and stake out reference points for construction activities
• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications
• Analyze data from surveys for implications on projects
• Make recommendations or suggest design modifications based on surveying findings.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in UAE/GCC countries
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Microstation is an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
