Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies, as well as managing the inventory levels of our products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in product promotions and sales.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing merchandising plans that will achieve sales objectives
• Maintaining inventory levels while keeping close track of stock levels and evaluating stock needs
• Analyzing consumer trends and providing input on product selection, pricing and promotional methods
• Analyzing data such as sales figures to identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth
• Preparing reports on merchandise performance for management review
• Working with buyers to develop product collections that meet customer needs and market trends
• Keeping up-to-date with new products, industry trends and consumer behaviors

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Previous experience working in retail merchandising or similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary & Benefits:
