Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED/Month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad with no prior experience.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen, and will manage, train and motivate the kitchen staff. He/She will oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, recipe development, cost management, quality control, and kitchen safety standards. The Chef will create an environment that encourages creativity and high levels of performance from all team members.

The ideal candidate should have excellent management skills as well as a good understanding of culinary trends and techniques. They should possess strong problem solving skills, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills with both customers and staff. The ability to work in a multicultural environment is also essential for this role.
