Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in sales and be able to manage a team of sales representatives. The salary for this position is 1000 AED/month. We are open to considering international candidates for this role.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing sales strategies to increase market share and meet/exceed revenue goals
• Overseeing the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met on time
• Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Negotiating contracts with customers and vendors to maximize profitability
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction levels remain high
• Developing training materials for the sales team and conducting regular training sessions
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competition activities
