Job Description:

Position: Sales Manager
Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah
Salary: 1100 per month

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to ensure effective execution of customer service, sales, and marketing strategies. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

The successful candidate should have at least one year of sales experience in the industry. They should have a good understanding of customer service processes and be able to develop effective strategies and plans to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate should also be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members, manage relationships with customers, and maintain customer databases.

The successful candidate will need to be able to motivate sales staff, identify customer needs, develop new business opportunities, create promotional campaigns, monitor competitor activities, negotiate contracts with customers, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data. They will also be responsible for training staff on the use of sales tools and technologies.
