Job Summary
El-Ain is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our growth. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has the drive to succeed. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as have a good understanding of the local El-Ain market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement creative strategies to drive sales in the El-Ain market
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Analyze customer trends, data, competition activities, market conditions, and industry changes to identify sales opportunities
• Create monthly reports on growth activities
• Develop customer loyalty programs
• Manage pricing strategies
• Monitor customer feedback on products/services
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both English & Arabic languages
• Ability to work independently & within a team environment

Salary & Benefits
This position offers an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
