Job Description:

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks. The position is full-time and we offer a salary of 1200 Omani Rial per month. We also welcome foreign candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared in accordance with company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including counters, tables, chairs and floors
• Operate cash registers to complete customer transactions
• Stock shelves with merchandise as needed
• Follow proper health and safety guidelines when preparing food items
• Perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a barista highly desired
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
