They must have the ability to differentiate instruction and ensure that all students have access to quality education. The Teacher should also be able to foster meaningful relationships with students and parents in order to better understand their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to think on their feet. In addition, they must demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development through attending workshops and conferences when necessary.
