We are seeking an experienced and motivated Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This position is open to foreigners.

Candidate Demands:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in survey-related activities
• Technical knowledge of surveying techniques and procedures
• Proficiency with survey software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.
• Ability to interpret maps and plans accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (written/spoken) is a must

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys of land parcels for construction projects or other purposes
• Analyze existing survey data and create new maps using surveying software
• Set out boundaries, markers, reference points, monuments, etc. accurately
• Use GPS systems for accurate measurements of land parcels or structures
• Update survey records with new measurements and boundary changes
