Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, recording and interpreting data, and managing survey projects.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Surveyor. Experience in using survey equipment and AutoCAD software is also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Conducting topographical, boundary and geodetic surveys
-Interpreting aerial photographs and satellite imagery
-Calculating areas and volumes of land divisions
-Setting out horizontal and vertical control points
-Preparing plans, reports and maps based on data collected
-Managing survey projects from start to finish
-Recommending improvements as needed
