We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices, as well as excellent cooking skills. Creativity and innovation are key to ensure our guests receive a memorable experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing dishes according to the menu, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest possible standard. They must also manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently and on time. Additionally, they will need to order supplies, liaise with suppliers, maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards, plan menus and keep accurate records of food costs.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a fine dining environment. They must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure. Fluency in English is essential for this role. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

We offer an attractive salary of 900 SAR per month for this position plus additional benefits such as health insurance.
