Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Horticulture/Floriculture or related field.
• At least three years of experience in floral design and arrangements.
• Proficient in using flower arranging tools and software programs. • Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants and foliage.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Assemble bouquets using fresh flowers, foliage, ribbons, wires etc. according to customer orders or designs provided by designers/managers.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are completed on time as per customer specifications. • Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer inquiries regarding floral arrangements and other related services offered by the company. • Maintain inventory records for all materials used in production, stocking shelves with new materials as needed. • Monitor quality control standards for all products produced by the company; make corrections as necessary to ensure products meet standards set by management team • Follow safety standards while handling sharp tools; use protective clothing when necessary while handling hazardous materials
