We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should be able to perform a wide range of administrative tasks while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. This includes answering phone calls, taking messages, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and databases, as well as performing other administrative duties as required. In addition, you will also be expected to assist with customer inquiries and coordinate with various departments within the company.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills. Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
