We are currently looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall development, growth and success of the business and its related activities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the business market. They should be able to develop strategies for success and effectively manage budgets, resources and staff.

The key duties and responsibilities of the Business Manager include: researching latest industry trends; developing business strategies; creating operational plans; implementing new processes that improve efficiency; maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; monitoring performance metrics; ensuring compliance with legal regulations; managing budgets and resources efficiently; implementing marketing campaigns; organizing regular meetings with staff to review progress; recruiting, training and mentoring new employees.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus previous experience in Qatar is preferred. The position is open to both nationals and foreigners, with a salary of 1800 per month.
