Supervisor Job in Doha

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to join our team in Doha. We offer a salary of 1200 and are ready to consider foreign applicants who have no experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, dealing with customer enquiries, providing training, planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring that the quality standards are met and ensuring the safety of our staff and premises. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the team in achieving production targets and developing new ideas for improving efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized and have an eye for detail. They should also have the ability to work under pressure and perform well when multitasking. Previous experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous but not essential.
