Job Summary

A leading company in Doha is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. We are offering a salary of 1400 QAR per month and the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team. We are open to considering foreign candidates if they have the necessary qualifications and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of staff members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
• Monitor performance levels, identify any issues and provide feedback to staff
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with scheduling tasks and managing employee workloads
• Liaise with other departments on a regular basis to ensure smooth business operations
• Ensure that customer service is of a high standard at all times
• Maintain clear communication channels between staff members and management
• Handle any customer complaints or queries in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within similar industry
• Proven ability to manage staff effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills both orally and written
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting set targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
