Dental Assistant Job – Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for a full-time position in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a salary of 1600 QAR and we are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental instruments and equipment
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity with dental software programs

Duties:
• Preparing patients for oral examination and treatment procedures by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping them.
• Assisting the dentist during examinations and treatments by handing instruments and materials or suctioning as needed.
• Documenting patients’ treatment information accurately in patient records.
• Helping to maintain patient flow by notifying the dentist of patient’s arrival, being aware of delays or changes in schedule, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments when needed.

• Sterilizing instruments according to established protocols. • Taking dental radiographs (x-rays). • Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering new materials when necessary. • Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
