Psychiatrist vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality mental health care to patients under their care.

The Psychiatrist will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues of patients, including both adults and children. He/she will provide psychotherapy, counselling, medication management, crisis intervention and other treatments as required. The successful candidate must be able to work with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and social workers.

The ideal candidate must have a degree in medicine with a specialisation in psychiatry from an accredited university. Licensure by the Qatar Council for Health Specialties is also preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with additional experience or qualifications in areas such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to speak English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable but not essential.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 QAR per month along with other benefits such as housing and transportation allowance.
