In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing short-term and long-term sales plans, setting achievable targets for the team, providing ongoing training and support, monitoring performance against goals, creating reports on sales performance and customer feedback, analyzing market trends in order to stay informed on customer preferences, generating new business opportunities through networking and cold calling activities, attending industry events to promote our products or services, managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our products or services.
