Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of a high-end restaurant, ensuring that all food served meets our customers’ expectations. We are offering an attractive salary of 1800 USD and are willing to consider foreigners for this position.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a professional chef in a fine dining establishment. You should be creative and passionate about your work and have a good knowledge of international cuisine. You must also be able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Main responsibilities:
• Designing high quality menus that meet customer tastes
• Supervising staff including chefs, kitchen assistants and waiters/waitresses
• Ensuring food is prepared according to health & safety regulations
• Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Maintaining cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Training staff in all aspects of culinary skills

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a professional chef in fine dining establishment
• Proven track record in creating high quality menus and recipes
• Good knowledge of international cuisine
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
