Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the staff to ensure the highest standards of production, customer service and safety.

This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. A foreign candidate is welcome to apply.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively lead and motivate staff. They must also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback to staff members
- Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
- Developing plans for improving efficiency and productivity
- Delegating tasks and ensuring they are completed on time
- Investigating customer complaints, resolving disputes, and taking corrective action when necessary
