Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land surveys, evaluating and analyzing data, preparing reports and making recommendations for various projects. They must be able to read plans and map out property boundaries accurately. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, theodolites, GPS etc.
• Accurately map out property boundaries according to legal documents such as deeds and titles
• Analyze survey results and prepare detailed reports on findings
• Make recommendations on potential construction sites based on survey results
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing land surveying activities in Saudi Arabia
• Communicate effectively with clients/landowners regarding survey results or issues that may arise during the process

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics/Geography or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor in Saudi Arabia or similar environment
• Familiarity with local regulations governing land surveying activities
• Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
