Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing survey results and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment
• Analyze data collected from survey results to determine accurate boundaries and elevations
• Prepare reports and maps related to the survey results
• Assist with other surveying tasks when necessary
• Manage the maintenance of surveying equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Plan or design new surveys when needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Expert knowledge of land surveying principles, methods and procedures
• Proficient with advanced surveying equipment (e.g., total station) and software (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Solid understanding of mapping techniques, geodesy principles and topography terminology
• Ability to analyze data accurately, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on findings

Salary: 1000 SAR/month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also open to considering applications from immigrants.
