We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-driven individual with excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The primary responsibilities of the Administrator include but are not limited to:
β’ Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
β’ Provide administrative support to other departments in the organization as needed
β’ Maintain accurate records and filing systems of all office documents
β’ Answer incoming calls and provide assistance or route calls as appropriate
β’ Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder when necessary
β’ Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as required
β’ Assist with project management tasks, such as drafting project plans, tracking progress, etc.
β’ Provide general customer service support including responding to inquiries via phone, email or in person
Qualifications/Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in related field or equivalent experience required
β’ 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
β’ Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications β’ Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team β’ Must be willing to commit to long-term employment in Abu Dhabi β’ We are open to considering foreign applicants.
