We are looking for an experienced and professional Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with company policy and procedures.

The successful candidate will be required to plan, assign and direct activities of subordinates, evaluate their performance and resolve problems. They will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, creating reports on operational performance, as well as planning and organizing operational activities. Furthermore they will provide guidance to staff on all matters relating to their role and associated duties.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
