We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and possess excellent organizational skills. In addition, they must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and have an understanding of the local market. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role as well, provided they can demonstrate the necessary qualifications. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month for this position.

The Supervisor's responsibilities include: managing staff efficiently; monitoring staff performance; resolving any customer issues; liaising with other departments; creating weekly reports; delegating tasks; implementing processes and procedures; and providing training where necessary. The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with state laws and regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have sound judgement when making decisions, and possess good conflict resolution skills. A successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English as well as any other language required by the job description.
