Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle office tasks such as filing, updating records, and maintaining office supplies
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute email correspondence
• Manage daily calendars
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Prepare reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Salary: 1200 AED/Month. We are also open to considering a foreign candidate for this role.
