We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization and management of all administrative activities, as well as supervising the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all administrative activities


• Supervise day-to-day operations of the office


• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations


• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures


• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data


• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field



• Relevant experience in a similar position



• Proficiency in MS Office
