Office Manager Job


We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year work experience, be a foreign national and receive an annual salary of 1100 AED.


Job Description



  • Organize office operations and procedures

  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects

  • Develop and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
