Supervisor job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our facility, including staff management, customer service, resource allocation and scheduling. This position involves conflict resolution, problem solving and implementing workplace procedures. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing performance evaluations, training programs and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic languages. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
