Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met. The primary role of the Supervisor is to provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members while managing the work environment in line with company policies.



Requirements for Candidate


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a customer service setting. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills, possess strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task. The ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems is essential for this role. In addition, the successful candidate must be fluent in English and have excellent computer skills.

The successful candidate must also have:

  • A good working knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Salary


This position offers a salary of 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who can demonstrate their qualifications and experience.
