We are a growing company in Abu-Dhabi looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be motivated to work with a diverse team.

The primary responsibilities of the Supervisor include overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. This includes managing staff, scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring employee productivity and morale, as well as providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest level of customer service.
