Secretary Job in Abu-Dhabi


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team at our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be willing to relocate if necessary. We are offering a salary of 1000 AED per month for this position.



Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to the company's staff and management team

  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders

  • Organize and maintain documents, including filing systems

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities

  • Assist with travel arrangements and other executive tasks as needed



Requirements


  • At least two years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
