You must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as have a great eye for detail. You should have experience developing promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and inventory control to ensure maximum profitability. You will also be responsible for training store personnel on all aspects of merchandising including product display and visual standards, inventory control procedures, stocking strategies, and customer service standards.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is creative and can think outside the box to develop effective merchandising strategies while driving sales growth.
